Two Things You MUST do to Set up Powerful Manifestations

What if there were two simple things you could do everyday—in less than five minutes, maybe even three—that would dramatically impact your manifestations? Would you be interested?
And what if i told you it did NOT require meditation (although I absolutely encourage meditation). What if it could be… simple?
I hope you’re interested because as you read this article (click for video version), you’ll learn two powerful ways I set my energy up everyday so that my manifestations continue to come in on autopilot. The second one is essential for effortless manifestation, but it won’t work well without the first. So let’s start there.
Before we dive in, It’s good to address something. Some people believe that because something is simple, it won’t work. If you hold the belief that “good things require hard work”, I invite you to set that belief aside, just for the next few minutes… Allow yourself to open to the possibility that good things can come with ease. These two techniques are science-backed and energetically powerful.
Consider an example from your life or someone else’s where the simplest action created the biggest impact. Much like paddling downstream and allowing the river’s flow to carry you, rather than paddling upstream with struggle and resistance. Since we are a part of nature, let’s see if we can tap into the flow of energy and the Universe. Allow Nature to support you.

Part 1: The First Thought of Your Day Matters

The MOMENT I realize I’m awake, before my eyes even open: I begin to list EVERYTHING I can think of that I’m grateful for. Things that I love about my life, about myself, things I love about the PEOPLE in my life. I begin to look forward to and tap into excitement for what’s to come. If I have coaching or client calls that day, I picture the calls going amazing and give appreciation to them and my clients. I think of my husband, everyone in my family, and beyond! I look around at my house/yard/dog and FEEL into appreciation. You may recognize this as the “good old gratitude practice” but it is far more powerful than just that.
The Science Behind Gratitude
Research shows that when you tap into the energy of gratitude, your brain begins to rewire itself. Instead of automatically looking for stress, fear, or problems, your brain starts seeking beauty, ease, and joy. When you do this first thing in the morning? Your subconscious mind begins to program itself to feel more loving, towards yourself and others.
Another incredible benefit? Studies show that within just three days of a daily gratitude practice, your immune system strengthens. Many people wish for better health, and it’s right here in front of us! This simple and profound practice allows your stress to lower, and your joy (that aligned state) to increase. The moments you are focused on gratitude,(esp if you do it as soon as you wake up) you are actively programming in subconscious beliefs such as: “I have all that I want in life, I like my life, good experiences are all around me.”
If we look at manifestation, who do you think is going to be more likely to recieve effortless good manifestations out of the following two examples:
Person A: Someone who wakes up and affirms to their brain that they have everything they need, that they love what is in their life, that they are excited and full of joy for every connection, every dollar they have, every opportunity to simply be human?
Person B: Someone who wakes up and immediately shifts their energy to one of lack. This happens with thoughts like “I woke up late, (not enough time = lack) I am tired (not enough sleep = lack), There is so much to do (overwhelm) I have a meeting, that may go badly, (things don’t work out for me) There are dirty socks on my floor! (ugh my house is always a mess).
We’ve all been Example B before. It’s not about beating yourself up for negative thoughts—they’re normal! In fact, humans are wired to notice six negatives for every one positive as a survival mechanism. Luckily: you can reprogram your subconscious mind if you want to.
If you ARE in a negative loop, or having low grade complaints throughout your day, it’s worth knowing that in those moments you are manifesting what you do not want.
This is because You are attracting with every moment of your day. Let this next part sink in as you read it: Manifestation never stops.
But, if you’re not experiencing what you want, the good news is you can shift this right now. (whew) So here’s what to do:
“Manifestation never stops”
The First Practice
The moment you notice you’re awake, (if you’re new to this—you may not remember, so in that case stick a post it note on your bedside table) feel into joy/gratitude/appreciation for AS long as you have time for. Do this for at least two minutes. Work your way up to 5 minutes! You can do this while you’re brushing your teeth, getting your kids, whatever you’re doing, continue the stream of positive thoughts as long as you like. At least 2 min.
Inside the Manifestation Program you learn how to make this an automatic process, to where you end up BEING in the energy of gratitude, and alignment as your normal state. There is a reason we focus on this right away. I hope you’re beginning to see why it’s so important.
Once you get your two or more minutes of gratitude practice in, and you’re IN an Aligned Energy, here’s the part that takes it to the next level:
Part 2: Ask for Guidance
ASK what is in your Highest interest to focus on for the day—ASK to be guided/shown exactly what to do.
Ok, so who are you asking? Specifically—you’ll connect to your intuition, your internal guidance, Spirit Guides, whatever language you’re comfortable with. I like to keep it in the Divine Realm for safety reasons, Ie, “My Divine Guides”. Connect and ASK to be guided throughout your day.
If you are moving through your day on autopilot, aka if you skip this step… you’re likely creating your day based on older subconscious programming. It’s like trying to paint a picture with only two colors, would you agree it limits your possibility from having the whole range of colors available?
Why Asking For Guidance Works Well
Our brains are WIRED to feed us information based on one thing only: “What is the safest bet, from the things I already know”. It gets its information from your past experiences. Ever heard of someone“repeating a pattern”? This is exactly why that happens.
However—the moment you are able to tap into your intuition, it opens you up to a whole new level.
When you tap into and ask to be guided by your intuition, your ENTIRE energy body begins to open up to what’s scientifically known as the flow state. This is an alpha brain wave, it’s creative, it’s easy, it’s effortless, it allows you to tap into consciousness that is beyond what your brain already knows, This is where your most CREATIVE ideas come from! It opens you up to all the colors of the paint palette.

Unfortunately, we are often taught to turn this intuitive and creative side OFF as children. Maybe we were taught to follow rules, or to stop painting on the walls (fair), you get the picture. However, building a daily practice to ASK your intuition for guidance begins to turn on the flow state for you again. When you ask AND begin to get answers and impulses for what to do? You’re on a DIRECT path to exactly what you want to manifest in life.
It’s sort of like if your Higher Self said “Here! I have what you asked for, I just need you to take path x, and you’ll get there easier/quicker” Meanwhile, you’re down here wasting energy and exhausting yourself trying to do a different path, because it’s the only one your brain knows.
Would you agree your Higher Self might know the best path to get you from where you are now to where you want to go? Being IN the flow of the Universe, in tune with your intuition lets that path naturally unfold for you.
When you AREN’T able to tap into intuition and follow what it suggests? Nothing terrible usually happens… at least not immediately. But—it is the harder way to paint your picture (using that previous metaphor). You may be missing a few colors from the palette of possibility. Your intuition is trying to show you a vivid, easy, abundant, fun path! Your brain? It wants you on the safe path. The one IN your comfort zone. And sometimes, we are even wired to feel “safe” and comfortable, when things are more difficult. (Comment below if you’d like another article just to explore that).
Meanwhile, here’s what you can do NOW:
The Second Practice:
DIRECTLY after your gratitude practice when your energy is expanded: set the intention “connecting to my Guides (use your own language) I’m open to support, please guide me today showing me what is for my highest interest, I’m ready to live in alignment. Thank you”
A strong connection to your intuition is IMPERATIVE for easy manifestations. Especially if you are an empath. That’s why I spend so much time in the early modules of the Manifestation Program helping my students and clients connect with their intuition. Many arrive not knowing how to connect or “hear” their guidance, and are quickly able to build a friendship-like, deep relationship with their intuitive side. This allows them to understand in every moment, when they are moving towards or away from what they are wanting to create in life.
Being in the energy of gratitude, opening your energy field to the GOOD that is around you, and being tapped into your intuition is important. It helps to keep you in alignment.
The EASIEST way to stay in alignment each day? Is to START each day there.
